ATC Kurashi Design Plaza is one of Japan’s leading permanent exhibition and information centers dedicated to housing and lifestyle.
Originally opened in 1995 as the ATC Imported Housing Promotion Center (IHPC), the facility has introduced a wide range of housing products, technologies, building materials and equipment from Japan and overseas for more than 30 years.
On October 1, 2026, IHPC will be renamed ATC Kurashi Design Plaza, marking a new stage in its development.
While continuing to provide information on housing, building materials and equipment, the Plaza will expand its focus to include eco-friendly housing, domestic timber, interiors, exteriors, kitchens and bathrooms, design and lifestyle.
With approximately 100 companies and organizations represented, ATC Kurashi Design Plaza serves as a comprehensive exhibition and information hub where visitors can discover new ideas and solutions for better homes, commercial spaces and everyday living.

One of the key features of ATC Kurashi Design Plaza is its permanent, hands-on exhibition space.
Visitors can see actual products, touch materials and compare different options in one location.

ATC Kurashi Design Plaza brings together products, technologies, ideas and expertise related not only to housing, but to the broader concept of “kurashi” — the way we live.
